Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Statement
Power & Construction Group is committed to conducting our business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. We believe in supporting the communities in which we live and work, providing our team members with safe, meaningful, rewarding work, and creating the next generation of construction workers. We believe that environmentally responsible business practices are essential to our long-term success and to the well-being of the planet.
Our key CSER principles include:

- Promoting fair labor practices and diversity within our workforce.
- Engaging with and supporting local communities through partnerships, charitable contributions, and volunteerism.
- Partnering with great suppliers that reflect the rich diversity of the communities we serve.
- Creating and developing future generations of construction professionals.
Community Engagement
- Supporting local businesses and initiatives that promote economic and social well-being.
- Providing financial support and volunteer time to initiatives that are important to our employees and to our community.
CSER in action in 2025:
In 2025, we donated over $100,000 to important causes in the community. Our support has focused on:
- Veterans
- Food insecurity
- Youth development programs & scholarships
- Supporting the training of young people in skilled trades:
- As of 2025, P&CG has successfully implemented two apprenticeship programs, hiring 6 apprentices in total into our conditionally approved Electrician program and Skilled Construction Craft Laborer program.
P&CG employees contributed well over 250 hours of paid volunteer time supporting local events and organizations throughout 2025. Our volunteer time revolved around:
- Veterans
- Encouraging young people to pursue skilled trades; this includes outreach with more vulnerable youth groups.
- United Way Annual Day of Caring
Additionally, as part of our effort to support the diverse communities we serve, in 2024 & 2025, we added at least 15 suppliers who possess one or more of the diversity certifications available under New York State or Federal law.
P&CG will continue to strive for excellence in serving our employees, environment, and local communities by offering continued support, outreach, and volunteer time in order to pave the path toward a more sustainable future for our organization, community, and planet.
