In July 2004 Livingston Lighting & Power, KBH Construction Company, and Valley Sand & Gravel combined to form Power & Construction Group, Inc. (P&CG). The merger allowed P&CG to strengthen internal efficiencies within each of its newly formed divisions. Our staff is made up of former utility managers with many years of lighting experience while our field crews typically have 20-30 years of street lighting experience. Service is provided by safety-oriented, trained technicians utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. Our employees are held to the highest standards of professionalism and Customer service.
While our main office is located outside of Rochester, New York we can easily mobilize crews within the northeast if necessary to service our Customers. We have a full fleet of bucket trucks for ariel work coupled with a wide range of mini excavators and back- hoes for underground subway projects.
